Some of the concepts I wasn't familiar with but the interviewer didn't stress on that, he moved on.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cvent (Tysons Corner, VA) in Sep 2014
Interview
Interview process was grueling, over 4 hours in length. I spoke with members of several different teams, usually in pairs of two middle-managers per interview. It is comparable to reports of the Google interview process. Like most large software companies, various technical questions are asked but the consensus is that the managers care more about exploring your thought process.
