The interview process here is overly complicated, and takes far too long for professionals looking to make decisions about their own career path. After two phone calls with recruiters, you are re-directed to screen calls with either someone from Sr Leadership or Sr Technical roles. If you get a thumbs up, you are then either scheduled for another phone screen, or brought in for an in-person with another 6 people who interview you either individually or in teams of two. You often repeat the same story over and over again, answer the same boring questions over and over again, and often spend much of your time hearing non-useful conjecture from someone who clearly has no business doing interviews. If you get thumbs up from the majority of the people you interview with, you may either have the luxury of getting another in person with a different group of people, or if you are lucky enough and push hard enough, you'll get an offer.
