First, if you apply for this position, you should know that it's actually two different positions internally: Strategic Account Analyst and Strategic Account Consultant. There are also varying levels to those two positions (ie Senior Strategic Account Consultant/Analyst). They will decide where to bring you in in terms of title/responsibilities if they make you an offer.
The interview process is extensive. First, you receive an email to start the interview process by taking an online assessment (which they do not warn you about, so don't be surprised if you get this). Once you complete the assessment, you have a 30 minute phone call with HR. If you move forward, they'll do a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager, then a proctored (via videoconference) aptitude assessment, followed by two more personality tests. Finally, there is an on-site interview. Prior to the on-site interview, you'll be asked to fill out paperwork requesting extensive information on your work experience, and salary/benefits history (they also ask you about your W2 take home pay for the past 5 years). While the other parts of the interview felt very extensive, the on-site actually felt rushed. HR is great and responsive, and the process moved very quickly.
