I applied for the Product Consultant position through my University's website and had an interview on-campus, where I met with two Sales Team people. There was a social event later that evening with a short presentation about the company. I was contacted within the week for a "logistics" interview with HR, which we had over the phone and then scheduled to come to VA for another round. At the office, I interviewed with three different people, who all asked the same questions as one another, and then shadowed a product consultant on the job for an hour.
