Interview
They found me. Spoke with a very nice lady in India. Required to do an aptitude and personality test online. Further interview with another manager in the US office which was extremely positive. Unfortunately, I never heard back from the HR person providing feedback in spite of me emailing her and asking whether they intended to take my application forward. I find this incredibly rude and unprofessional. If you were in a job you would never dream of 'not' replying to a client or a business contact so to 'not' update an applicant after an interview is appalling and extremely rude. If that is how they really treat people I don't know whether I would want to work for such an organisatioin.
