Interview
The first round was taken by a manager and an analyst (I assume by the knowledge he had). The interview wasn't difficult at all. The analyst and I were involved in an ugly discussion as he did not want to understand the absurd question that he was stuck at. It was only after his manager convinced him, he sat down calmly.
To HR.
1. Please send only knowledgeable people for interviews.
2. Send only senior folks for the hiring process.
3. Speed up the process.

Question 1
The analyst was confused b/w the dependent variable and the result of a model. God bless him and the team he is in.
The interview process was easy and moved on to the discussion side rather than a skill test to understand previous experience and goals-setting. There are generally 2-3 rounds of interviews for the position.
Good interview process taken by mangement team and HR team. Aptitude test level came unexpected, conducted 3-4 rounds of interview. Liked the interview process. Feedback is given at the end of interview

Interview
The interview process was smooth. HR was very responsive. The interview was held on campus and consisted of IQ tests and then 1:1 interview and a manager round. Interview was average not that tough.
