Two people took the Interview - One seemed to be technical and one Non-technical. They asked me 4-5 questions only, and nothing was related to my resume. My resume mentions - CUCM, Unity, UCCX, CUPS in bolds; they asked me questions about POTS, Call legs etc. At this time, I understood they were in no mood to hire anyone. (at least then.) One situational question, which they read out from a piece of paper. Then some general question like why I want to switch etc..
