I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cvent in Oct 2020
Interview
The first thing is a phone interview with recruiter, If you pass that, then interviews are set up in three or four rounds with HR team and leadership. After that is when you get a final offer.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cvent
Interview
It was a long, exhausting process. I was also called to their office for final round which is ok however my interviewer did not meet me for 20 minutes and took my round in 10 minutes. Inspite of that i got selected. What is worse here is that they took my documents and started negotiating on designation and compensation too but then they went silent! I tried to follow up but got no response and then one fine day the recruiter calls and says you are on hold!! What a stupid and ridiculous process. Unprofessional hiring experience
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Cvent (Tysons Corner, VA) in Jul 2023
Interview
The interview process was a bit long (6 weeks from application to offer), however thorough. The recruiter was extremely transparent and timely with communications and updates. I enjoyed meeting with the panelists and each stakeholder I would be working with.

Question 1
How have I handled working with difficult leaders ?
Was ok. They did not close the loop even after they rejected. I had to follow up with recruiter continuously for an update. So not a good experience altogether with the company.
