There were two separate phone screens by human resources and the department manager, after that they invited you to an on site interview that took approximately four hours to complete, which a little excessive but they definitely want to make sure you know what you're getting into. They started by giving you a quiz on the products, then interviewed with three separate people, shadowed a current employee in the position, and ended with the tour of the office. The job title is just a fancy way of saying customer service representative so I was not intrigued with the job and also the two year commitment they require (and supposedly have to pay back a hefty "training loan" if you leave before those two years, yet failed to really address in the interview) but appreciated that they took the time to actually show you what you would be doing if you were hired.

I took an assessment with 50 questions to be completed in 15 minutes. I then spoke to the recruiter and then had a phone interview with a manager. After that I came in for the in person interview where I took the assessment again, and then interviewed with two more managers and a director. After that I took a personality assessment
