There was a standard generic screening interview, followed by a technical interview. The technical interview was a great experience even though I know I got one or two minor details wrong in my answers: the technical interviewer was empathetic, knowledgable, personable, and wanted to teach me to correct the one or two errors I made, but not in a smug or cocky way. My problem with Cvent came later: they just completely ghosted me. The weird thing was the point of contact afterward seemed to accidentally add me to an internal mailing list where they were discussing internal job candidates. I immediately emailed them to ask them to take me off their list, and to please respond to me, but again, nobody ever did. From my perspective, there's a few bad apples in there that might be failing at basic decency and human communication.
