If you are being called by a recruiter, they tend to already ask background information (education, work experience, passions).
In case you are applying to Cvent via the internet, be prepared that you will get contacted over the phone as well as in email form.
The interviewing process was very straight forward:
1) Telephone interview with the Sales Operations Lead/Supervisor
2) Panel Interview with multiple managers from the Sales Division
The official offer usually takes less than a business week to get proposed.

In-Person Interview : A couple hours. Personality, Strengths/Weaknesses, and a bit about the product. They want to see if you're a hard worker and a good fit more so than how much can you.
