My resume got shortlisted for an on-campus interview, with the first round being a phone screening by a technical recruiter basically asking me to walk through my resume. The recruiter told me that my profile is suitable for multiple openings within the company and that the interview process might take a month. I heard no response from them so I followed up like every other week, just to have another round of interview scheduled after a month and half. The second round was very rushed, with the questions being very basic. I heard back from them again after a month (After multiple follow ups obviously), with a reject email saying that they are moving forward with other candidates for the tech support role (is being a systems analyst a tech support position here?), which is definitely not the role I was interviewed for!
