They interview on campus first. After that someone reaches out and does a phone interview. There is a second phone interview. After the second phone interview you will be asked to come into the office for an all day interview process where you will meet with everyone from the Sales Associate (takes you to lunch) to the CEO.

Professional experience. Positive person who was open and honest. Be prepared to make decisions on the fly. They said they were considering me for different roles and wanted to know which I preferred.
