The culture of the office is good, it's a beautiful office at the 19th floor. They first gave me a form with basic questions and took my CV. After that there was an aptitude test and personality test for 30min. Then I gave a small PI in which basic questions were asked then I gave a test on Market Research and Excel followed by another personal interview from the senior manager and then shadowing of the work was shown and after a final round of conversation I was told I am selected. But they wanted me to give a cheque of 80k and there was a contract of 1.5 years. If left before a compensation of upto 2lacs have to be paid. So in total you have pay 2.8lacs as fine if left before 1.5 years. Overall the PI was easy and general questions were asked. The manager and HR all were very friendly.
