I thought the interview went really well. I met with two different employees who both said how qualified I was for the position. They were very nice and the interview itself had an overall friendly feel. I was really excited to be invited back to a second interview at their main headquarters in McLean. However, I never got that invite. In fact, it has been 2 1/2 weeks and I have not heard back from them. I emailed the main recruiter (who had contacted me) and he has not responded. My interviewers both gave me email addresses which turned out to not be active. Every time I call the number for the recruiting officer it goes to voice-mail. This has been the most frustrating interview experience I have ever dealt with.

It was pretty easy as i got my placement through my collage and the process went pretty smooth as interviewer were supportive also through out the interview process and hence i got my placement

The entire process is a sham, even if you stand out from the crowd, it will be a sham, 5 rounds for a role that tires you out and pays peanuts. Shift is 6.30pm to 3:30pm.
If you wanna do something great in life then never ever join this company for this role atleast. i think i dodged a bullet.
