I had a first round interview at school, and then was immediately asked to go in for a second round interview. During the second round, I was told that they would like me to go into their headquarters in Tyson's Corner for shadowing and more interviews. I got to the headquarters at 8:00 am and did not leave until 2:30pm. While I was there, I had 4 mini interviews with different people, a quiz, shadowed someone in the client success consultant side of the business, had a lunch with other interviewees and workers, and then watched a presentation.

I took an assessment with 50 questions to be completed in 15 minutes. I then spoke to the recruiter and then had a phone interview with a manager. After that I came in for the in person interview where I took the assessment again, and then interviewed with two more managers and a director. After that I took a personality assessment
