I got a call from HR the same week I applied. The interview was more like a discussion. Everything seemed good that time. Later when I tried contacting the HR, he did not reply. Nor did he send a rejection email. I must have dropped him dozens of mail about my status, but not a word from him. Its not that I din't follow up, they are least interested in informing the candidate about the decision. I spoke to so many Cvent employees to check the status of my interview process but no response from anyone.
