Cvent Operations interview questions

Total interview rounds : 14, Spread across 1800 Hours to 0430. Interview standards are good, however, the execution is pretty bad. It takes hours between various multiple rounds. Interviewers are little casual (a few), it may be an important change for you, but for few taking your interview its a pain in their work scheduled. Hence, you may feel offended with some of the questions. I experienced people mocking on the achievements and awards presented to me. HR coordinator needs to be more proactive. They should come back with a "YES", "NO" or "ON HOLD" any of the answers. But I have realized that HR prefers to ignore your follow up calls, mails, interactions. Rejections are little difficult, but no answer is even worse, specially when you crack all the rounds on high note. A little crazy hiring mechanism since it is not followed by FINAL FEEDBACK.
