Applied online through company website with an employee referral. Completed the aptitude test online approximately one week later. The recruiter contacted me a few days later and that's when it went downhill. He asked for my availability and I gave him the next 5 days of my availability. There was no response. I then emailed again with my next week's availability, and once again got no response. Waited two more weeks and emailed again, and finally got a response. Gave my availability for the week, and once again no response. After over 5 weeks, I emailed once more and scheduled a time. The phone screening lasted 4 minutes, where I was told I did not meet the experience qualifications for the position and the call ended. Unfortunate interview process overall.
