Cvent Senior Manager interview questions

Unprofessional. Applied for a middle management position and, after several phone screens and phone interviews, I got an in person interview about a month later. 10+ weeks later, no decision. No calls to explain, chat or touch base. No response to any thank you emails. Very disorganized and simply unprofessional. My impression is they do not know what they want. I was interested in the company because it seemed to be differentiating itself in the space successfully and had aggressive growth plans. But seeing their stock performance over the last year or 2 (compare vs mkt or similar sector), Wall Street doesn't seem to think the strategy is sound.... Until just recently an acquisition was announced, the company is being bought and going private. Thanks to this, the stock jumped 60%. In short, kind of relieved because it just seems like an unstable company without a clear path or strategy. Regardless, the interview process was very subpar.
