Gave a presentation for ~20 people and had full day of interviews with potential team. Presentation was to show how well you can communicate and handle questions in an unfamiliar environment. One-on-one interviews check technical ability and cultural fit.

One round of online interview followed by a whole day on-site interview a month later. The on-site interview included a 45 minutes presentation and 6 one-on-one interviews. Also a brief tour of the facility. Then they never responded to me. Very impolite and unprofessional.
