5 lengthy interviews started from a recruiter to an HR to a manager to a team lead to engineers. All of them ask the same questions, about your resume and Six Sigma however non of them know what they want or looking for!! From the way the interview was structured I understood this is not the right company for me. They are new, proud of their products and proud of leaving GE. I think they should have stayed with GE, I had interviews and offers from GE, the process was a lot leaner.
