Cytiva Mechanical Design Engineer interview questions

I applied online at Cytiva Cambridge. Despite the fact that I can tick every single requirement in their job spec I never heard anything back. When the advert expired after a month it appeared immediately again on job boards. Six months after my initial application is their advert appearing all over again and again. The problem with this practice is that before long there is an credibility issue. Since their name is on public display time and time again they give out the distinct foul odor of a company that has serious issues with ethics or truth telling. Perhaps not serious enough to earn a fine or other disciplinary action but enough that a virtual DO NO NOT ENTER or ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK sign flashes before qualified candidates eyes.
