Applied through the website and received a request for a phone interview. Scheduled about a week later at the earliest joint availability. Standard interview. Went pretty well although the manager that I interviewed with didn't really answer my questions. Received an email about an hour after the interview that they thought I was a good candidate but they had already made (and the candidate had accepted) an offer before my interview and that next time I should "apply earlier."
