I applied through other source. I interviewed at Cytokinetics
Interview
Informative and complete, met alot of nice people. They wanted to get to know me so alot of the interview was informal. I felt like I was just chatting with friends.
The process was great. However, the VP lacked on really talking about the Company, Interviewing with the other EA's was okay. They talked more about themselves versus the company. Overall the process was okay.

Question 1
Why do I want to work here.
How far do I want to go in the company.
I was contacted by HR for a phone interview. Then I was contacted a couple days later for on-site interview with 5 people. Everyone was very nice and I can tell the employees liked working for the company. HR contacted me a few days later and told me I didn't get the job. Although I didn't get the job I did enjoy meeting everyone and I liked how they treated me in the entire process.
