HR screening was based on basic informations Hiring manager secondary interview was set after a week. As this was a senior posiion, interview was more like a discussion rather than asking questions. It was very casual. However, the flavour of the interview was not serious. After the session I was confused, if they were even hiring or exploring candidates.
