Interview
Usually 2 interviews. Sometimes you can have only one.
This was applied with very basis sales questions. Felt like being interviewed for a retail clothing store. So if you have had sales easy.
The interview was really more of a conversation with the Sales Manager. It flowed very well and my prior sales experience in real estate really helped. They really were looking for someone who understood the expectations of working in new construction (less flexible schedule to traditional real estate and splitting commission for cross sales in communities you are not typically based out of)

With this company it was a fairly simple interview process. It was a very casual and down to earth conversation. Explained company values, mission and goals. Described in depth the organization expectations and objectives.
