Interviewer cancelled my 1st Zoom meeting on a Friday. The firm who contracted me for the interview had to contact D.R & reschedule for the following Monday. Monday comes 2pm Cst Zoom meeting finally got to meet the so called hiring manager & you see the disgust in his face when he saw me. He asked about 3 total questions & I answered according to my IT work experience. I thought answered the questions to IT standards & procedures. I asked him the basics of every IT position that I worked in the last 12yrs. He then ended the meeting after 25mins. My follow up call didn't come in until the following Wednesday. The Contract Firm stated that the manager said I didn't look I was a fit then went on further saying I didn't act like I was interested. Now how he came up with the conclusion when he cancelled the Past Friday meeting no warning to the Firm I was referred from? No professionalism & he came off as bigot or flatbout racist.
