Had a brief phone conversation followed by in person with the division President for NM. It was not very structured and seemed obvious that they weren't experienced or skilled conducting interviews. Conversation seemed to go well, but never heard back from anyone. I tried following up twice, but no response. I'm an experienced professional with nearly 20 years of real estate and sales management experience, plus several years of sales management experience with a new home builder, and successful track record. While I dont expect that my experience automatically lands me any related job, it would be helpful and more professional if they responded or notified candidates that have interviewed in person that they weren't selected, and possibly offered a tiny bit of feedback, as a courtesy for the time and effort that we put into preparing for and attending the interview. But in this case, there was no response or notification whatsoever.
