Interview
There were two phone interviews and then an in-person interview. The phone interviews were with the department manager. The in-person interview was with the department manager, other people in the department and the VP over the department. The position was advertised as a direct hire. I was told it was a temp-to-hire position in the second hour of the in-person interview, with no end date to the temp period. If you interview with this company, clarify what type of position it is as soon as possible.
