I was contacted through LinkedIn by an in house recruiter. I had a phone screen with the recruiter. Next, was a phone interview with the hiring manager. I then went to the office for a panel interview with 5 employees. I then had another phone interview with the hiring manager and a project management consultant. I was then told that the board put everything on hold while they did a strategic review. I enquired a few weeks later and received a reply that the position had been canceled. The company is pre-revenue so things like this are to be expected with a growing company. Everyone I met with was friendly and the interview process was very positive. The recruiter was responsive and kept me in the loop. I have nothing but positive things to say about the company and the people that I met.
