First a 15 minute phone interview with basic screening questions - behavioral, previous experience, location, etc. Second was a 45 minute phone interview. They were polite enough to call and let me know I wasn't selected (because I had no prior experience with a similar position / tools they were using), which was nice considering most companies just ghost you these days. I was happy that they had a professional and polite interviewing process - followed up within a reasonable timeframe, called to tell me I wasn't selected, and gave a reason why.
