There was no phone interview, and I was brought directly to their downtown Los Angeles Location. I met with a couple engineers, the founder and the president. The founder was full of hot air, and the president was extremely arrogant. The couple engineers that I met with were very competent and cordial. At least two of them left the company within a year of my interview. I did not get to see anything other than one conference room as there was no tour or anything. I only included one of the questions, but all of the questions appeared to be an attempt at brain rape. I was also told during the interview that I was being interviewed for multiple positions, and I never agreed to that. I came there for a specific position at a specific level. The whole process showed that there hardware was at a very basic level, and most of of their magic was in the software. This whole process left me very disappointed as I had hoped at least one company in this field that was in Southern California as opposed to the Bay Area. Plus, I seriously questions the ethics of the leaders, but I was impressed with the engineers that they were able to temporarily convince to join their organization.
