1 in person interview with the program manager and the lead of the team you would be joining. On site, semi informal, scheduled a week out. Tour the building, tour the office, meet some people, and then be given a chance to ask plenty of questions about the organization and project.

The interview process was great. Dave and Phil were very personable and easy to talk to. The interview was based more on personality rather then a barrage of dry technical questions.
