DCM Services interview questions

They do what they call an "interactive interview". Don't expect any normal interview questions. They throw 6-8 people in a room at a conference table (management sit around the perimeter of the room) and give you a puzzle to figure out. They tell you not to showboat but I noticed that the people who did also got hired in addition to myself. They want to see how you work as a team even though the job has very little teamwork involved (on most collection teams in the company it's every man/woman for themselves). They will tell you that there are as many positions open as they want to have open but that's not strictly true. From working there it seems they probably hire 2-3 from each interview group. Even if they hire you, you most likely have to wait WEEKS until you start. It was six weeks from when I interviewed to my first day. If I would have known it was going to be that long I wouldn't have bothered, especially not for $10-11 an hour.
