The interview process was rather frustrating. My interview was set for a certain time, and I arrived and sat around for at least 30 minutes before the administrator even showed up. I was working another job at that point so I had limited time before I had to get back to work. I applied for the job online, then they asked me to show up in person to fill out another application. (It was the same application, but it was in paper form, which was rather annoying.)
