DDN reached out to me proactively about a role and seemed very engaged and impressed early on. Asked me to complete a case study as part of the process, which took real time and effort. After submitting it, heard nothing — no interview debrief, no feedback — until a generic auto-generated rejection email arrived weeks later with no explanation. If they're going to ask candidates for significant upfront work, basic communication afterward shouldn't be optional. Process felt disorganized and low-effort on their end despite what they asked of candidates.
I wouldn't bother investing time with DDN. When a company shows you who they are, believe them the first time.
