I applied on linkedin with my profile, the HR manager called me back in a few days and I had a phone screen with her. The following day I talked with the Accounting Manager of EMEA and he asked me more about my previous experiences and the specific tasks related to accounting. The HR called me back in a couple of days to confirm me they would hire me and I received the offer within a week.
