The process entailed 3 interviews, which were then followed by a recruitment day. The recruitment day entailed presentations, group discussions and a role play. The process took about 3 weeks to complete.

I was not expecting a case interview by phone. The duration of the first phone interview was of about fifty minutes. First, we talked about my previous work experience, the reason of my gaps, my background an my education. Second, we talked about the company and how I could fit in the company. Finally he asked me for solve two simple cases. I couldn't understand very well the accent of the interviewer. I should have asked him to clarify many times, but was an awkward situation.

Two day event starts with general introduction presentation and a dinner afterwards and networking with the inhouse consultant. The next day starts early in the morning with SHL verbal and logical tests follow by 2 case interviews with different consultants. After lunch you receive a feedback and get to know whether you go home or continue to the afternoon 2 case interviews round. If you are good enough you get an offer by the end of the day.
