Nach der schriftlichen Bewerbung wurde ich zu einem Telefoninterview eingeladen, das allerdings nicht von DPDHL, sondern einer externen Firma durchgeführt wurde. Das Gespräch war zunächst nett und freundlich, der Zweck vieler Fragen war allerdings nicht ersichtlich. Zudem zielte die Mehrzahl der Fragen auf Persönlichkeit statt auf Qualifikation ab.
