I walked into the interview extremely nervous but i had some bit of confidence since i have a lot of experience in the sales field. Firstly the interviewer asked me ti take a sit and get confortable which i did. i was offered coffe and i took it i guess this was intended to make me feel less nervous. It worked really well for me after that. They asked me to tell alittle about myself, my family,where i live,what i do in my free time,my current job and why am interested in the position. They asked me why i feel i am the right candidate for this position and how i can add to their company. I answered everything quiet well and i think the interviewer was impressed since he kept a grim on his face.
