Interview
I was really appreciative of the fact that the company even responded to my application. I have had a couple companies not even email me back but Dick's contacted me almost immediately and gave me an interview. The interview itself was good. The employees they chose were college age and could relate to my situation well. Overall, the interview process was good. They didn't pressure me. It was pretty relaxed and I felt comfortable. They also contacted me quickly about the results of the interview. They respect candidates and it was easy to see that the company cared for their employees.

Interview was nice and relaxed. Pretty much asked about your work history and what interests you as a person. Very easy going and was hired a couple of days later.

Very simple. One phone screen and then an in person interview with the floor manager. Overall very simple process and very few questions. Got offered the position during the second interview.
