Very easy. You go into an office and they ask you basic interview questions. It was laid back and calm. Although that might have just been because of the person interviewing me.

Used a list of sheet of paper along with questions throughout the first interview. Read the questions and used the questions as a template to get to know the applicant. Small talk is used but they were looking for people that were good with dealing with customers and getting high ratings of customer service. The second part of the interview process was a personality quiz which was taken on site. They reviewed the results and within a week or two the hiring process was over. I was told I was hired after they reviewed the results from the personality test.
