Interview with a recruiter, he was supremely helpful and very thoughtful interview with DM- nice guy very supportive, Interview with a VP- a little indiferrent. Overall the experience was good.

Interview with Field Recruiter followed by District Manager phone interview, then in person District Manager interview which included a store walk. Lastly an interview with the regional VP and HR Director.
Make sure you know about reports and how to run your business. Very high level information and have to be prepared to answer difficult questions. You need to have a lot of examples of how you have made impactful change.
