Took about two or three weeks after I submitted app online to get a call. Had an interview with the assistant manager. It was really nice laid back. He called me same day to set up a second interview with the head manager two days after the first.

What was a time I did more than what was expected of me and what was result?
They'll ask you to name a sport your into and ask questions about it later. I chose hiking. He asked me how often I hiked and how hiking had inspired me in anyway.

Received a call from the Administrative Assistant, scheduled a formal interview at the Store Location. In-store interview was very fast, hired on the spot, started a week or so later.

Super easy, 30 minute interview. very easy conversation. Talked about products and my academic background. Talked about my previous athletic experience. Talked about my willingness to learn new things. Super easy process, I had no issues. It was very timely.
