basic and not detailed enough for higher level management job. Did not take into consideration job and technical experience. The interview process needed to be more professional and had more concern.
Had a good interview and the hiring manager was fair and did not discriminate ultimately did not take the job due to conflicts with schedule with them good luck finding a better candidate
