I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2018
Interview
I had one interview with the store manager, but I have read there are typically two interviews (one with hiring manager, one with store manager). He asked the typical questions about why you want to work there, how you've handled a difficult situation before, a leadership position before, etc, nothing that wasn't expected. He did not seem very interested in the answers, but he needed to fill out the interview form. He was looking to hire as many as possible, but he did not seem to be very selective. No background check or drug test either.

Interview process was easy. Super helpful and wanted me to be there. The manager is a super nice guy, and wants to help you. The process to get the email was great and setting it up was just clicking a couple of buttons.

Interview
Easy Flow, be honest and upfront. Skipped 2nd interview and was hired on the spot. Part time employee and the store manager asked me very rudimentary questions. Nothing crazy about the interview process
I only met with one of the managers of the store. The interview lasted about 45 min. We discussed my resume as well as general questions related to my work and life experiences.
