I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Milwaukee, WI) in Jul 2020
Interview
I applied online and got a call the next day to set up my first interview (there were two one on one interviews, one with dept manager and one with operations lead). First interview was easy, basically asking why dsg, what sport are you passionate about, how do you show that passion, etc. I got a call on my way home from the first interview to set up my second interview, which were much more typical interview questions. I was offered the position and got an email a few days later to accept my offer. Both interviews were very relaxed and the interviewers were very friendly.
