not very interesting and did not look at resume well. I do not think this place was the correct fit. I have now interviewed at 2 locations and both were same not good experiance. I would work at Sport Chalet instead.

The first interview was a screener with a recruiter. This was very quick (maybe 20min) with the recruiter asking you several questions, then they tell you on the spot if they'd like to schedule you to meet the hiring manager. The second interview was with the hiring manager for the role. Before the interview, they sent me an email with what to prepare - "describe a product you've owned and how it worked."
There are two additional steps after this, you meet with other people on the team, and then leadership.
