I applied online and got a phone call two days later. I interviewed to work in women's apparel, but then got hired for customer service because they thought it better suited me. The interview took only about 15 minutes. I first met with the apparel manager and then she decided to have me interview with the customer service manager. I was offered the job right there and began training the next day.
